Account lockout and expiration settings |
In SuperMap iPortal, the portal administrator can dynamically manage the built-in account system through account lockout and expiration settings to ensure the security of the organization's account.
Log in to iPortal with your administrator account, click "Management" > "Users" > "User Management" > "User List", you can view user names, departments, and other information. For details, refer to the User Management.
To lock a user, click the "Normal" status of the user, and in the "Lock user" pop-up dialog box, click Yes. Locked users will not be able to log in and use.
To unlock a user, click the "Locked" status of the user, and in the "Unlock user" pop-up dialog box, click Yes.
The administrator can modify the expiration time of a user account, and the expired account will not be able to log in and use.
Log in to iPortal with your administrator account, click "Management" > "Users" > "User Management" > "User List", find the specific user and click the user name to enter the "Modify User" page. Find the "Expiration Time" item, set the expiration time as needed, and click the "Modify" button to take effect after completion.
Note: The administrator account does not support lock settings and expiration settings.
